How can I join?

PLAY LINE FRIENDS Singapore membership is free to join! You may sign up for membership in-store or online here.


How do I download the app?

Once you have signed up for the membership account with us, an SMS notification will be sent to you. Simply click on the link provided and fill in your details. A notification pop-up will prompt you to download the app.


For iOS users: Click on the notification pop-up and follow the instructions to download the app.

For Android: Click on the notification pop-up and the app will automatically be downloaded.


My email/phone number is wrong. Can i change it?

Unfortunately details other than your first name and last name cannot be changed on the WebApp. Do drop us an email with your Name, Old Phone Number/Email, New Phone Number/Email at membership@forwardcreation.com.sg and we will assist you with making the change.


How do I earn points?

Points can be earned with every purchase made in-store only. Do flash your e-member card at the cashier when making payment for points to be issued to your account.


Do note that we are unable to issue points after payment has been made. Points cannot be earned from online purchases made on Lazada.

How do I check my points?

Simply head over to ‘View My Card’, your accumulated points are reflected on your e-member card.


Will my points expire?

No. Points will not expire and can be accumulated to redeem rewards and perks.


Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?

Yes! If you wish to combine your account with another, we can assist you with transferring all points to the account which you would like to keep and delete the account which you no longer require.


Do note that we are unable to transfer partial points.


Please drop us an email at membership@forwardcreation.com.sg with both account details and we can assist you with combining the accounts.

How do I view my rewards and e-vouchers?

Head over to ‘Gifts and Rewards’ to view all rewards and e-vouchers available under the ‘Discover’ tab.

View all rewards and e-vouchers that you have claimed under the ‘My Rewards’ tab.

Rewards and e-vouchers that have been redeemed can be viewed under the ‘History’ tab.

How do I redeem my rewards and e-vouchers?

Simply flash the reward or e-voucher you have claimed at the cashier when making payment for redemption.

How many rewards and e-vouchers can I redeem in-store?

Do refer to the Terms & Conditions for each reward and e-voucher. 


Do note that each reward and e-voucher is for single use only. Rewards and e-vouchers cannot be combined and are only eligible for 1 redemption per receipt. Rewards and e-vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. 


Can I return rewards?

Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash for another product at any time.

How do I upgrade my membership tier?

Your accumulated spending amount within 12 months will entitle you to various membership tiers upgrade.

Do note that our system requires 1 working day to verify and upgrade your membership tier. If your e-member card does not reflect the correct membership tier after 2 working days, feel free to contact us.
